In addition to the issues on Historic 8th Ave., we are also concerned about the big box homes that are being built in Historic Pass-A-Grille. There needs to be additional oversight on the setbacks required for homes. Like many of the big box homes that are being built, developers are building to the lot line without consideration of the impact on the homes around it.  There seems to be a lack of green space which gives the appearance of being dominating. 

People have moved to Pass-A-Grille for the quaint charm and character. That charm and character is slowly being eroded.  We do not want to take people's prope
